The process for "Building on Budget by Design" allows one to see the concepts requested, but goes much further and illustrates how to potentially improve upon it for either design sake or practicality and efficiency. It's all about design and budget acquisition relative to your true needs and valuable inventive solutions to accomplish it without compromise. The value is immeasurable. We feel fortunate and we could not have made a better choice.

The architect designed an addition, doubling the size of the business. He took the design that I gave him and modified it significantly to include the existing structures that were already there and saved us a ton of money. Would recommend.
